The Stormtite™ AP Rolling Steel Service Door Model 627 from Overhead Door™ is engineered for commercial and industrial facilities that require superior thermal performance, dependable security, and long-lasting durability. Its insulated steel curtain and advanced perimeter weather-sealing system help reduce air infiltration and heat transfer, making it an excellent solution for climate-controlled buildings and demanding work environments.
Advanced Insulation and Energy Efficiency. Model 627 features a flat, insulated steel slat profile with a foamed-in-place, CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane core. The insulated curtain provides a calculated R-value of 10.9, helping maintain consistent indoor temperatures and improve energy efficiency. Triple-finned EPDM brush seals, a hood baffle, a lintel seal, and a bottom weatherseal work together to protect the door opening against drafts and outdoor elements.

PowderGuard® Premium powder coat: This weather-resistant polyester powder coat is available in approximately 200 colors,
PowderGuard® Zinc finish: Zinc-enriched powder coat provides excellent corrosion protection that outperforms hot-dip and cold-galvanized steel. Color selection from approximately 200 powder coat colors; custom color matches are also available.
PowderGuard® Textured finish: Industrial textured powder coat provides a thicker, more scratch-resistant coat for added product protection.
