The EverServe^® Rolling Service Doors 610S, 620S, and 625S are engineered for commercial and industrial facilities that require dependable security, high-cycle performance, and long-term reliability. Their innovative springless design eliminates the traditional counterbalance spring system, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Designed for demanding environments, these rolling steel doors provide reliable access for warehouses, parking garages, manufacturing plants, government facilities, and other high-traffic buildings

• Insulated flat profile (F-265i) for doors up to 30′ wide – front and back slats 24 gauge. The slat cavity shall be filled with CFC-free, foamed-in-place, polyurethane insulation.

Construction – Product Specifications

Mounting: Interior or exterior face of wall

Control panel: Electronic controller with microprocessor self-diagnostics. Digital readout indicates door action, alarm conditions, and fault conditions. Time delay self-close timer and non-resettable cycle counter is included. One open/close/stop push-button station integrated into the control panel. Enclosure is IP54 rated (NEMA 3 equivalent).

Curtain Finish: Gray, tan, or white PowderGuard® Max powder coat with hardening additive

Bottom bar: Two PowderGuard® Premium powder-coated black angles (min. thickness 3/16”) with 2-wire, self-monitoring, fail-safe, electric sensing edge

Hood: 24 gauge galvanized steel primed, black painted; interior hood baffle included

Brackets: Min. ¼” hot-rolled, primed, PowderGuard® Premium powder-coated black steel

Guides: Three structural steel angles PowderGuard® Premium powder coated black

Door roll: Direct-driven, springless roll with integrated shafts; self-aligning, greaseable, sealed bearings; door does not require counterbalance device
