The process has been somewhat of a struggle with this company. Trying to get any questions answered, call back or acknowledge that an email is received is subpar at best. I am in the Sales/Customer service industry and I am never too busy throughout the day that I don’t have 30 sec- 2 minutes to take a call, make a callback or respond to an email/text that at minimum says “I don’t have an answer for you but I am working on it”, especially for a customer/client that is wanting to do business with me and can quickly make a choice to go somewhere else. I am happy with my door and the installer was good to work with but getting to the point of install was a process and making sure all the info on the order was installed and correct left a lot to be desired. We have some final adjustments that need to be made so the panels are square and I am optimistic that it will get done in a timely fashion but we will see. I am not saying to buy somewhere else, just go into it knowing that it might be a struggle to get to the point of install as far as communication is concerned. It’s a beautiful door I’m just reminded of the quote “Who you buy from IS JUST as important as what you buy”. 11/1-GM and Installer came out to adjust the door and confirmed it was okay with me before they left. Looks better and I am Happy with the door. Again, door is great just the struggle to get a call back or update was frustrating thru-out the process.

Called them up with what I thought was an issue with my opener. Worked with my schedule and had great communication on lining up a time that would work my strange work hours. John the technician was very professional and courteous. I was informed that my type of door with a spring tube was not sold by the overhead door but he diagnosed and attempted a fix without replacement parts. Referred me to Pioneer door as they do spring tube doors. Offered to pay but they said they do free diagnostics.
